| What is Virtual Web Hosting? |

Virtual
Web Hosting basically means that you can get a domain name (www.yourname.com)
and have that domain name point to a space on our servers. This
will also enable aliases for your email so that new e-mail
addresses like, yourusername@yourname.com will work.

| Do you offer dial-up internet access? |
|
Yes,
UTS Corporation has partenered with IOIP Inc. to provide full
ISP service (Internet Service Provider) and we do offer Dial-up
access in the Washington, Metropolitan Area. If you are not
within our dial-up range, then you will need a local Internet
Service Provider so that you can maintain your web site and
retrieve email addressed to your site.

| Do you offer web page design services? |
|
YES! The UTS Corporation Web Design Studio offers customized built web-based applications and simple web-sites. The Web Design Studio has simple templates for basic and E-commerce web-sites.

| How do I upgrade or downgrade from one plan to another? |
|
You can change plan types at anytime by sending your request to sales@utscorporation.com or contacting our Customer Service Department. A one-time $20 fee applies to downgrades on our plans.

| Is 2000/MB of data transfer going to be enough to support my web site? |
|
Our experience has shown that 2000MB/month will be more than enough bandwidth for the average web site. Depending on the quantity and sizes of your files, this could support many thousands of hits per month. Note that less than 1% of our customers have exceeded the 2000MB of data transfer threshold.

| How do I transfer files to my web site ? |
|
Files must be transferred to the web server via File Transport Protocol (FTP). If you are using our FrontPage server, you must use the FrontPage Explorer's Upload and Download Feature. Please take a look at our FrontPage FAQ

No, You can not resell space within your account.

| What contract and payment terms are available? |

We
bill at montly, quarterly and yearly increments and require a
minimum three month contract. We accept American Express,
MasterCard, Discover and Visa cards
