On a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on your needs and the size of your business, we will provide the following services:

• Prepare a set of financial statements for you including a profit & loss, a balance sheet and detailed general ledger. These statements will provide information on the profitability and net worth of your business and also help track payments,
• Reconcile your business bank accounts. This is very important, as it will provide you with a correct bank balance on a monthly/quarterly basis which will allow you to better manage your cash.
• Meet with you in person and review the financial statements. Our experience in this area will help you determine how well you are doing and whether or not you are on the path you planned to be.
• Provide you with advice as to whether or not you need to reduce spending in certain expenditures or increase spending in areas which will be beneficial to you. Our experience in dealing with other businesses can be very useful in providing you with advice in this area. Our overall goal is to help you control the cost of operating your business and at the same time develop your business further.
• Discuss the tax consequences of the current financial results and plan to reduce your taxes as much as possible prior to year-end, when it will be too late. We don't want you to be surprised with tax bills at the end of the year. By planning prior to year-end we can reduce your taxes as much as possible and help you prepare for your tax liability.
